Harley-Davidson has scheduled a Touring Rally which begins in Tacoma, WA on August 30.

In the Pacific Northwest, the storied Ring of Fire runs between Northern California and British Columbia. On The Ring of Fire H.O.G.® Touring Rally riders will take in spectacular mountain roads and breathtaking vista points and experience the grandeur of Mt St. Helens and Mt Rainier, in Washington; Mt Hood, Three Sisters and Crater Lake in Oregon; and Mt Shasta and Mt Lassen in California, and other dormant and active volcanoes along the way. This unique rally ends in Chico, CA.

Our ride begins on Tuesday, August 29. We will meet at Denny's, 4441 E. Commerce Way, Sacramento (Del Paso Road exit off I-5) - breakfast at 7:00am; KSU at 8:00am. We will ride to Eugene, Oregon and stay at the Comfort Suites, 3060 E 25th Ave. (Call or email for reservations - 541-343-7000 or www.choicehotels.com).

On Wednesday, August 30, we will ride to Tacoma, WA (where the Ring of Fire Touring Rally begins), to our hotel (Comfort Inn & Suites, 2611 East E Street, Tacoma, WA). We should arrive by 2:00pm on Wednesday, which should give us time to tour Seattle - Space Needle, Pike Place Market (including the original Starbucks and The Seattle Great Wheel), Museum of POP Culture, Waterfront Park (including Pier 62), and/or Tacoma - Point Defiance Park, Museum of Glass, LeMay Car Museum.
