Description:
This ride will take us through farmlands to the north (including going over the largest train switching yard east of St. Louis) then up into the foothills then back down to Rocklin for a late breakfast/early lunch at Granite Rock Grill in Rocklin.

This ride will be on roads that pass by large farms that have lots of waterfowl milling about. On some parts of the ride, we will have great views of the Sacramento Valley below us and the snow-capped mountains above us. We will also pass by high mountain lakes and meadows.

Meal price range: $5.00 to $15.00

1 =  Easy and designed for the beginning rider, some twists and turn
2 =  Intermediate rider skill, more twists and turn, may include some switchbacks and uneven roads
3 =  Advanced Rider skills required, lots of twist and turn, switchbacks, can include long saddle times between stops
