The Family of Fallen Soldier PFC Ramell Phillips has requested the PGR and other military support groups to provide an escort and flag line. We are Honored to do so.

This is a support mission and we will meet the escort at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery at 0940 hours to stand a flag line during the services.
