Chevron Gas Station, I-80 & West A St. Dixon, CA

On Thursday, 15 July 2021 the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery (SVNC), the PGR and other Northern California Veteran's Organizations will gather to give proper military honors to unaccompanied veterans that have been interred at SVNC without receiving the military honors due them during the COVID-19 pandemic.

These fallen Veterans include those without family, homeless or indigent and those who were just forgotten.

NOTE: The Unaccompanied Veterans Ceremony will continue on a monthly basis on the 3rd Thursday of the month starting in July 2021 until all the veterans interred at SVNC during the COVID-19 pandemic are given the military honors due them.

MISSION DETAILS:
On Thursday 15 July 2021 the PGR will stage at the location listed below and after briefing will ride/drive in group to SVNC and set our flag line at the committal shelter during the ceremony. At the conclusion of the ceremony PGR will be dismissed.

1300 hrs---STAGE at the Chevron Station, 2615 Plaza Ct., Dixon (West A Street)

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome. If you do not ride you are encouraged to attend in your car. Remember to bring your 3x5 American Flags. If this will be your first mission go to the staging area and you will be briefed there.

Difficulty Level
1 =  Easy and designed for the beginning rider, some twists and turn
2 =  Intermediate rider skill, more twists and turn, may include some switchbacks and uneven roads
3 =  Advanced Rider skills required, lots of twist and turn, switchbacks, can include long saddle times between stops

Mileage level
A = 150 miles or less
B = 151-300 miles
C = 300+ miles
