______________________________PGR MISSION DETAILS_______________________

The family of US Army and Vietnam Veteran Frank La Brada Garcia have requested the PGR to escort him from Marysville to SVNC on 23 June 2021, and to stand a flag line at his funeral ceremony at SVNC. The PGR are honored to stand for this veteran.

Frank enlisted in 1964 basic training at Fort Ord. His assignment was a quarter master medivac for supplies. He then went on to Vietnam his first tour was medivac with the 12 Evac. Second tour Frank was a door gunner for 12th EVAC in the Cu Chi Iron triangle. He later Re enlisted and re-classed to 4th infantry at Fort Carson. Frank stayed there most of his tour and later went to Fort Lewis Washington. He then went to Fort Irwin in the 34th Armor. When he completed this assignment he returned back to Fort Carson as Army Recon specialist. In 1976 he received an honorable discharge.

At the cemetery we will proceed to the committal shelter when cleared by the cemetery staff where we will stand a flag line for Frank and his guests arrival for his burial service scheduled for 1000. We will remain in place until after his services are complete after which we will quietly dismiss and depart.

You do not have to be a Veteran or a motorcycle rider to attend this mission. Everyone is welcome If you do not ride you are encouraged to attend in your car. Remember to bring your 3x5 American Flags. If this will be your first mission go to the staging area and you will be briefed there.
