Let's head to Burney Falls (Northern California) for the weekend. We'll spend both Friday and Saturday nights at

Along the way, we will go through Grass Valley, Downieville, Graeagle, Polka Dots in Quincey for lunch and a visit with Paul Bunyon & Babe before arriving at Diamond Mt. Casino for the evening.
Saturday, we'll head for Burney Falls, stopping at Subway Caves on the way to Burney Falls and Old Station on the way back to DMC. Lunch will be whatever you want to purchase at Safeway in Burney, then over to the McArthur-Burney Falls State Park to eat lunch on the picnic benches and tour the park. The park entrance fee is $10 (exact amount or credit card is requested).
Sunday will be a reverse of Friday's route with a surprise break stop, lunch in Downieville and a coffee/bio break in Graeagle and Grass Valley.
