Description:
This ride will take us through farmlands to the north (including going over the largest train switching yard east of St. Louis) then up into the foothills then back down to Rocklin for a late breakfast/early lunch at Granite Rock Grill in Rocklin.
This ride will be on roads that pass by large farms that are just turning green and have lots of waterfowl milling about. On some parts of the ride, we will have great views of the Sacramento Valley below us and the snow-capped mountains above us. We will also pass by high mountain lakes and meadows.

Meal price range: $5.00 to $15.00

COVID – 19 Considerations:

1. Maintain 6’ distancing between other persons and avoid physical contact. Additionally, please allow extra space between bikes when parking to allow for unobstructed mounting and dismounting.

2. Wear a cloth face covering in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.

3. Wash your hands often with soap and water, for at least 20 seconds, especially after you have been in a public place or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover the surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.

4. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
