We’re aiming for this to be a nice cool break from the July heat. We’ll meet @ the Folsom HD Shop @ 9:40, chat a bit then have pre ride briefing. KSU @ 10:00 a.m.

Route: Hwy 50 East to Meyers for a bio break @ the Chevron. We’ll backtrack to the roundabout & take Hwy 89 to Hwy 88 West thru Hope Valley & the lunch stop @ Kirkwood Saloon.

They were taking orders & serving outdoors @ shade-covered tables a couple of weeks ago so we’ll see if things changed sine June 15.

After a nice lunch surrounded by Sierra peaks & pine forests we’ll continue West on Hwy 88 to Mormon Emigrant Trail, then head North toward Sly Park Lake. From there we’ll turn toward Mt Aukum & Placerville via Pleasant Valley Rd. If there’s interest, we could head into P’ville for some ice cream @ the Hangman’s Tree if they’re open (from COVID closure).
